Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage leads generated from cold outreach campaigns and convert them into successful meetings.
2. Develop and maintain a database of qualified businesses for outreach, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
3. Create and execute targeted cold outreach campaigns, using strong written communication and creativity to engage potential clients.
4. Understand customer pain points and design campaigns that directly address their needs, improving response rates.
5. Manage consistent and timely follow-ups to maximize lead engagement and prevent drop-offs.
6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in international markets and enhance market penetration.
7. Utilize tools like LinkedIn sales navigator and Apollo (knowledge of these is a plus) to optimize lead generation and outreach efforts.

Requirements
- 1. Strong written communication and creative skills to craft compelling outreach messages.

2. A hustler mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving; taking initiative is key.

3. A basic understanding of lead generation and B2B outreach is important to succeed in this role.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

5. Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, especially for outreach and research.

**This is a hybrid role.**

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
