**Commi Chef/ DCDP Chef/CDP Chef for Cloud Kitchen**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Worked on Health & Nutrition Brand
- Assist Head Chef / Executive Chef with all kitchen Operation & Preparation.
- Responsible for Creating Food & Beverage menu’s, recipes related to diet, Keto, Low carb, High Protein, Sugar free, Diabetic etc.
- Responsible for Research & Development, Recipes costing, Monthly F&B cost, SOP, Process Set up, F&B Manual
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
- Responsible for the Standardization & maintaining quality of the food.
- Responsible for creating new culinary concept, trends and recipes.
- Hire and train new kitchen staff.
- Manage special dietary needs.
- Oversee purchasing to stay within a certain budget.
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
- Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs, supervise kitchen staff s activities.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff, rectify arising problems or complaints.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Keep time and payroll records.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in Healthy food Brand is must.
- Experienced in multiple cuisine like Italian, Mexican, Indian cuisine, Asian, Bakery.
- Bachelor’s degree in the culinary arts.
- Ability to manage an entire kitchen, Budgeting skills to control costs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends.
- Incredible time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background test.
- Proven working 2 year - 4 yrs experiencein Health food brand / Cloud Kitchen / QSR.
- Excellent record of kitchen management, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks, Communication and leadership skills.
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
