Responsible for overseeing and maintaining an organization's computer network infrastructure, including design, installation, configuration, security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting, with a focus on complex network issues, strategic planning, and mentoring junior team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Expertise**:Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs), network security concepts, and network management tools.
- **Hands-on Experience**:Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot network devices from major vendors.
- **Problem-solving Skills**:Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- **Security Awareness**:Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and best practices for network security.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Leadership Skills**:Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
