**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, process, and manage data from various sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures.
- **Report Generation**:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- **System Development**:

- Customize existing MIS systems to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Ensure that MIS systems are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to users of the MIS system.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MIS.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that all MIS activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain documentation for all MIS processes, reports, and system configurations.
- Prepare and present reports to management on system performance and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS, data management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in database management, SQL, and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
