Position: AR Caller (Voice Process) - Fresher
Location: Chennai

Summary:
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies, patients, and other third-party payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims and secure payments for services provided. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start a career in the healthcare revenue cycle management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place outbound calls to insurance companies, patients, and other relevant parties to follow up on unpaid medical claims.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
- Update patient demographic and insurance information accurately in the billing system.
- Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system for future reference.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with insurance companies or patients in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including billing specialists and account managers, to escalate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
