Daily Job responsibilities:

- Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers.
- Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.

Skills:

- **A degree in B.Com, BBM, or BBA in a relevant discipline or M.Com.**:

- **Experience : 3 to 5 years only**:

- **Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures**:

- **Familiarity with finance regulations.**:

- **Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.**:

- **Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software**

**Note**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
