We are looking for enthusiastic **Academic Counselors - Sales** to join our team and guide students toward academic success.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- **Counseling**: Provide accurate and detailed information about our CA and CMA courses, test series, and mentorship programs.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Achieve monthly revenue targets by closing enrollments and upselling relevant courses.
- **Follow-up & Relationship Building**: Maintain follow-ups with interested students and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- **Customer Support**: Address student queries related to courses, pricing, and technical support.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage student records in the company’s CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize the student journey and improve sales performance.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Any graduate (Commerce/Business background preferred but not mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building ability with students and parents.
- **Target-Oriented Mindset**: Willingness to work under deadlines and meet sales goals.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in EdTech, sales, or academic counseling is a plus but not mandatory.
