**JOB PURPOSE**:
Academic COUNSELOR is responsible for assessing student needs, goals, interests and prior academic experiences in order to guide students to the best suited course/ academic options offered at Jetking, which will facilitate student’s success.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
An Academic COUNSELOR should collaborate with faculty members and other center employees to address the academic advising needs of students or groups of students. He/ She will create a student delight experience and be:

- Responsible for handling telephonic prospects and documenting the same in an enquiry register
- Responsible to counsel walk - in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments
- Conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments
- Responsible for creation of identity cards for new enrolments before batch commencement
- Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
- Maintain installment register in real time
- Responsible for delivering promotional presentations and seminars in colleges / institutes
- Conduct competitor visits on a regular periodicity

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Qualifications**

Mandatory: Graduate in any stream

Desired: MBA in Marketing / Course in Student Psychology

**Experience**

Relevant: 0.6 to 3 years in sales/ marketing field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
