**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of proven experience** in visa processing or immigration services (this is mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of immigration regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
