Finished flat, high rise building experience required,

Location : Chembur,

Experience :3yr to 6 yr,

Scope/Accountabilities of the role:

- Execution of all projects at the time of Finishing for customer flats, Sales Office, Show Flats, Buildings, Parking, podium etc - Ensure that the execution is as per the approved plan - Be present along with the team at multiple sites to monitor the progress - Bring about precision and efficiency to ensure that material wastage is minimized to optimum level - Visit the finished flat prior to handover to customer, prepare snag list, coordinate the Site team to ensure the its resolved as per the timeline - To be present during the handover of the finished flats to the customer. - Good knowledge of various finishing materials, regarding the construction stages, bring about efficiency in the process - Prepare comprehensive Handover Checklist

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
