Reports to Marketing Manager:

- Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Marketing Manager with daily marketing tasks and strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings with the Marketing Manager.
- Help in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer ratings reports/questionnaires.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including content creation, engagement strategies, and social media marketing efforts.
- Assist in the execution of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance organic visibility and website ranking.
- Collaborate on website optimization efforts to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Assist in the development and management of Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and social media metrics using analytics tools to inform marketing strategies.
- Handle the scheduling, organization, and minutes of meetings for the CEO or Director.
- Coordinate events, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Completion of a digital marketing course or a marketing degree.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maximum for this role is 30 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
