Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services. Their duties include planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to meet customer requirements and enhance brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee and manage advertising and promotional activities across various channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and distribute marketing materials.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as web analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Creativity and ability to conceive innovative marketing strategies.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and understand key performance indicators.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
