**Job Summary**: The Copy Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of copy machines in an organization. This role involves performing routine inspections, cleaning, and servicing of copy machines to optimize their performance and minimize downtime. The technician will diagnose and resolve technical issues, replace parts, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of the machines.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct regular inspections of copy machines to identify and diagnose technical problems.

Should be familiar with machine brands like Xerox - canon - Toshiba..etc

Perform routine cleaning of copy machine components, including paper trays, rollers, drum units, and fuser assemblies.

Replace toner or ink cartridges as needed and ensure their proper installation.

Clear paper jams and address other mechanical or electrical issues to maintain smooth operation.

Adjust paper trays and guides to accommodate different paper sizes and types.

Maintain and update maintenance records, including service logs and inventory of spare parts.

Collaborate with vendors or manufacturers for technical support and warranty claims.

Stay updated with the latest copy machine technologies and troubleshooting techniques.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns and extend machine lifespan.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
