**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **3D Visualization & Modeling**:

- Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using tools like Coohom, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software.
- Translate conceptual designs and floor plans into realistic 3D visuals.
- Work with the design team to produce mood boards and materials palettes for presentations.
- **Design Support**:

- Assist senior designers in space planning, material selection, and detailing interior concepts.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and expectations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide creative input on design aesthetics and functionality.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation.
- **Client Presentation**:

- Contribute to design presentations, including creating photorealistic visuals and walkthrough animations.
- Revise designs based on client and team feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Coohom, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender)..
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design presentations.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and interior design principles.
- xcellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or internships in interior design firms.
- Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and material sourcing.
- Ability to create VR or AR interior experiences is a plus.
