**Job description**

**Position**:Junior Interior Designer
**Experience**: Minimum 1.5+ years
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Working Days**: Monday To Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design & Project Management**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and color coordination.
- Create and present **2D and 3D design proposals** using software like **AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max**.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure alignment with the approved design.

**Sales & Client Engagement**:

- Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design solutions.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and **convert leads into successful projects**.
- Prepare and deliver **client presentations, quotations, and cost estimates**.
- Handle negotiations and **ensure project closures while meeting sales targets**.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and provide post-sales support.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelors/Diploma in Interior Design** or a related field.
- **1.5+ years of experience** in interior design, with a strong understanding of sales and client handling.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop**, and other design tools.
- Strong **sales, negotiation, and communication** skills.
- Ability to manage **multiple projects** and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on weekends; **weekly off on Tuesday**.
