**Job Title: Outreach Coordinator - Hyderabad**
**Organization: Lighthouse Communities Foundation**
**Location: Mallepally/Uppal**
**Type: Full-Time**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with youth from urban slum communities and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Serve as a role model, clearly communicating the program’s benefits to both youth and their families.
- Drive maximum enrolment of eligible youth at the Centre in alignment with the program’s objectives.
- Establish and maintain one-on-one connections with youth to ensure consistent attendance and long-term engagement through the duration of the program—and beyond, if needed.
- Conduct home visits to support and follow up with students as required.
- Use tools like GIS or Google Maps for community and household mapping.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including government officials and other partners within the Lighthouse ecosystem, to facilitate smooth operations and visits to the Centre.
- Uphold and actively contribute to the positive, inclusive culture of the Lighthouse, maintaining it as a safe and welcoming space.
- Provide support to fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth implementation of program activities.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- MSW or a Postgraduate degree in any field.
- 2-4 years of experience in community mobilization, preferably in the skilling or development sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GIS Mapping is a plus.
- Strong empathy and a deep commitment to youth development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Confident in navigating challenging situations with maturity and sound judgment.
- Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
