
Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for staff as needed.
- Maintain filing systems to ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training on office procedures.
- Work closely with team members to promote efficient office operations and communication.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly; maintain a complaint register for tracking.
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by management to support office functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachler’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
- 09.00 am to 05.30 pm.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
