**Job Title: Site Coordinator - Contracting Business**

**Location: Multiple Site Locations (Travel Required)**

**Reports To: Operations Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Coordination: Coordinate material dispatch and delivery from the factory to the project site, ensuring timely availability of supplies for uninterrupted work.**:

- **Expense Management: Manage and record all site-related expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.**:

- **Travel: Be willing to travel to multiple project sites each month for supervision, coordination, and progress tracking.**:

- **Microsoft Office Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office for maintaining reports, tracking material usage, documenting site expenses, and other administrative tasks.**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in a coordination role, preferably in construction, paint contracting, or project management.**:

- **Strong organizational and multitasking skills.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**:

- **Willingness to travel frequently to different site locations.**:
**Preferred**:

- **Experience in working with subcontractors and managing site teams.**:

- **2 & 4 Wheeler driving license**:

- **Best if he can speak fluently in 2 or more of the following languages: Hindi, English and Tamil.**
