**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert counseling to prospective students regarding courses, career options, and the digital marketing industry.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong relationship to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping of student interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align on campaign goals and student expectations.
- Participate in webinars, education fairs, and open houses as required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing education and career opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Counseling, Psychology, or Business Administration).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in counseling, student admissions, or educational sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
