**Urgent Hiring - Admission Counsellor (B.Tech/BCA Training Programs)**

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-Site

Are you passionate about helping students shape their careers? Join our team as an **Admission Counsellor** and play a key role in guiding **B.Tech & BCA students** towards 6-month, 3 Months or 45 Days industrial training programs in trending technologies. **Role & Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students from technical backgrounds (B.Tech/BCA) on available 6-month training programs (e.g., Web Development, Python, Java, Data Science, etc.)
- Maintain admission records and regularly update CRM
- Achieve admission targets by converting inquiries into enrollments
- Collaborate with the training & placement team for student onboarding

**Eligibility**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
- **Experience**: Freshers or 6+ months experience in counseling/education sales
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, student handling, and persuasion skills
