We are looking for dedicated and compassionate nursing staff for our psychiatric hospital, located in Karjat and Baner. As part of our team, you will provide essential healthcare services and support to patients facing mental health challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide day-to-day patient care under physician supervision.
- **Mental Health Support**: Offer emotional support, assist with therapeutic activities, and ensure a safe, calming environment for patients.
- **Assessment and Documentation**: Regularly assess patients’ health, document changes, and report any critical concerns to medical staff.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to hospital safety protocols, ensure hygiene standards, and follow ethical guidelines in patient care.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other staff to provide holistic and individualized patient care.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of psychiatric care and mental health nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach and a high degree of patience
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
