Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions and services to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
**Marketing Activities**:
- Assist in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote IT products/services.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate and attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and solutions.
**Client Interaction & Reporting**:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on lead conversion, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and develop customer-focused strategies.
**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to the management team to refine the sales and marketing strategies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the IT sector.
- Experience in generating leads, handling customer queries, and closing sales.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services (Software, Networking Solutions, Cloud Services, etc.) is desirable.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
