Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Vadodara team. This pivotal role is central to our expansion strategy, focusing on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Vadodara and nearby regions. You will be instrumental in increasing our outreach, generating student leads, and establishing a strong presence for Global Reach in the local education ecosystem, ultimately helping us achieve our global reach objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**:

- Identify, research, and prospect potential partner schools, colleges, and coaching institutes in Vadodara and surrounding areas.
- Initiate contact, establish rapport, and build strong, long-term working relationships with key stakeholders (principals, career counselors, management).
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements that expand our network and influence.

**Outreach & Engagement**:

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to students, parents, and educators about overseas education opportunities and our services.
- Represent Global Reach at educational fairs, seminars, career guidance events, and networking opportunities.
- Organize and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events in partner institutions to generate awareness and leads.

**Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Actively generate and qualify student leads through various outreach activities, securing registrations for counseling sessions.
- Collaborate closely with our global admissions and counseling teams to ensure a seamless student journey from initial inquiry to enrollment.

**Market Intelligence & Reporting**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the local education sector.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, partnership activities, and lead data in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, partnership status, and lead generation performance to management.

**Brand Advocacy**:

- Act as a brand ambassador for Global Reach, upholding our values and commitment to student success.

**What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- An MBA or a Master's degree is a significant advantage and highly desirable.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, institutional partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within the education sector or overseas education industry.
- _Freshers with exceptional communication skills, a strong aptitude for sales, and a genuine interest in the overseas education industry will be considered on a case-by-case basis._

**Language Proficiency (mandatory)**:

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken) is a must.
- Fluency in Gujarati (spoken) is a must for effective regional outreach.
