**Job Role**:
As a Tele caller at Future link Consultants, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Generating leads and qualifying prospects.
- Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar customer service role.
- Ability to articulate product information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and a desire to achieve targets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school, additional qualifications will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
