Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas(KRA)

1Manage assigned personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality

2Ensure efficient work so that QC processes are done in the shortest possible time with optimum utilization of resources

3Pretreat, clean, mask, prime and powder coat a variety of parts as needed
Analyze according to given methods and compare results with specification 4Perform required quality checks including in-process and final inspections
Store retain samples and remove old samples on the expiry date

5Responsible for complete shift activities
Powder specific supervision of Powder lab technicians, Train people

Knowledge:

- Pretreatment, Powder coating, Blasting & painting

Skills:

- Competencies Basics of powder coating, Problem solving, Drying & curing, Quality control, Coating & painting, Safety procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
