**Role Description**:

- Responsible for a 6-man team of powder coating operatives
- Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Purchasing & Stock Control
- Manage production schedules of both shifts
- Resolve any customer issues
- Compliance with Health & Safety Standards
- Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Demonstrable Experience in powder coating/paint shop/manufacturing
- Management/Supervisor qualification or experience
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities workload effectively
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,175.60 - ₹39,288.83 per month
