**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION**:
Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security (or) related degree and experience
- Healthcare and Healthcare claims experience preferred
- Strong written communication skills especially in the area of policies and procedures.
- Excellent Customer service skills. Experience in interacting with clients to present security related material.
- Five years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology
- Five years of experiencing creating documentation, policies and/or procedures
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office products for data manipulation and reporting
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

Preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory controls and industry best practice frameworks (such as HIPAA, ISO27001/2, PCI, HITRUST, NIST etc.)
- CISSP, CISM or GIAC certifications
- HiTrust knowledge and experience
