**Profile: Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and guiding them through the furniture selection process.
- Provide expert product information and design advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals, promoting special offers, and offering financing and warranty options.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, orders, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Resolve minor issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to all company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor goods, furnishing or a high-value retail environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
