What you'll do
- You will report to Manager Systems Administration to contribute toward Global support and administration of core Active Directory and associated services, including, AD, Replication, Forest and Domain Level Trusts, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and GPOs
- You will provide technical and Windows administration support to ensure that production servers, operating systems, and systems management components are functional
- You will communicate technical information to all kinds of users
- Manage hardware, systems engineering, and architectural teams to analyze current environments to design server solutions for CSG
- Oversee the configuration and support of Microsoft Windows-based servers for internal and external customers
- Help improve hardware platforms and software systems for large-scale enterprise projects in addition to project plans and documentation for hardware and software architecture
- Participate in completing customer change requests and problem ticket resolutions outside of normal business hours
- User administration; printer administration, security policy implementation; system backup and recovery
- Use professional concepts with a willingness to be on-call 24/7 in an on-call rotation

You should have
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 or More years of experience in a primary support role managing a large Windows server network (50 servers)
- Knowledge of several Enterprise Applications Atlassian Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOPS
- Awareness of several system architectures, operating systems, databases, and platform components
- Experience in Jira and Confluence Upgrades.
- Experience in Atlassian Server / Datacenter administration
- Knowledge about Script Runner plugin along with Groovy Scripting.
- Instal and troubleshooting of Jira and Confluence Plugins.
