Job Title: Travel Operation Coordinator - Booking, Billing, and Trip Management (Night Shift)

Department: Travel Operations

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night shift

Job Purpose:
To manage travel bookings, handle billing processes, and provide seamless follow-ups for daily trips, ensuring efficient service delivery and client satisfaction during night operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking Management:
Process client travel bookings for Tempo Traveller, Bus and car

Verify booking details and ensure accuracy in itineraries.

Handle last-minute booking requests or changes promptly.

2. Billing and Documentation:
Prepare and verify invoices for travel services.

Manage billing discrepancies and resolve client concerns related to payments.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and bookings for audit purposes.

3. Daily Trip Follow-ups:
Monitor ongoing trips to ensure smooth execution.

Act as a point of contact for clients during their travel.

Coordinate with service providers to address issues such as delays, cancellations, or emergencies.

4. Customer Support:
Provide 24/7 assistance to clients for travel-related queries.

Handle client feedback and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.

5. Operational Coordination:
Update internal systems with trip and billing details regularly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during night operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: fresher to 2years experience in travel booking, billing, or operations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
