**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Lead design reviews and collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation from schematic design through construction administration.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to integrate systems into architectural designs.
- Use CAD, BIM (Revit), and other software to produce construction documents.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure adherence to design intent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect [or working towards licensure].
- 3+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
