Job Title: K2 Theme Designer
Location: Hyderabad, India

**Salary**: INR 8,00,000 - INR 10,00,000 per annum (LPA)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- UI/UX Optimization: Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly K2 interfaces and custom forms.
- Custom Theme Integration: Customize K2 forms, views, and workflows with unique styles, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user interaction and improve the overall user experience.
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure that K2 themes are fully responsive, working seamlessly across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of K2 themes, focusing on load time, responsiveness, and UI consistency.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure alignment with project goals and ensure timely delivery of high-quality theme designs.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on design trends, K2 platform updates, and new technologies, integrating them into your theme development practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain design documentation for K2 themes and share knowledge within the team on best practices for theme customization.

Qualifications Required:

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in K2 theme design and customization, with hands-on experience in K2 BlackPearl or K2 Five.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies to design and customize responsive themes.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) for managing theme code and collaboration with development teams.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Proficient in diagnosing and fixing issues related to K2 themes, forms, and workflows.
- Design Tools: Experience with design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other similar tools for prototyping and creating design mockups (optional but a plus).

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of K2 Appit for Office 365 is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
