**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop websites using WordPress, including themes and plugins.
- Customize existing WordPress themes and templates to meet project requirements.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
- Create responsive designs to ensure compatibility across devices.
- Collaborate with the development and content teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites as needed.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to WordPress functionality and design.

**Requirements**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress, including themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
