About the Role:
We are looking for someone to provide support for Trading and Processing Securities Process Suite clients, including working on overnight batch processes for our US-based Trading clients. This role may require working in shifts to meet client needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Providing support for clients in Trading and Processing Securities Process Suite
- Working on overnight batch processes for US-based Trading clients

What You Will Need:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support
- Strong understanding of Capital Market domain and financial products
- Experience with Unix, SQL, and scripting languages
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and resolve issues

Added Bonus if You Have:

- Knowledge of Java and messaging systems like MQ/AMQ
