We are looking for a talented **UX/UI & Graphics Designer** to join our creative team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences, visually appealing interfaces, and impactful graphics for our digital products and marketing materials. If you have a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to work with you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UX/UI Design**:

- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and testing to improve usability and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- **Graphics Design**:

- Design compelling visuals for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop branding assets such as logos, icons, and style guides.
- Work on creative projects like infographics, animations, and video content.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with business goals.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the design process and user engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Graphics Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to create engaging visual content and design systems.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on blockchain, AI, or tech-related projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including UX/UI and graphic design work.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
