This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about vegan baking and eager to learn the intricacies of creating plant-based delights. As a Vegan Baker Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced bakers, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of our vegan bakery operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of vegan ingredients, including measuring, weighing, and organizing plant-based alternatives.
- Learn and assist with fundamental baking techniques, such as mixing different types of doughs and batters.
- Help with the shaping, proofing, and preparing of a variety of vegan baked goods (e.g., cakes, cookies, muffins, breads).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene and food safety standards, with a particular focus on preventing cross-contamination.
- Assist with the packaging and labeling of finished products.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Head Baker or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- No prior professional baking experience is necessary; freshers with a strong interest in vegan baking are highly encouraged to apply.
- A genuine passion for veganism and plant-based food.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical condition and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
