**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk / Reception Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Handle courier services - receiving and dispatching parcels.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Assist HR in handling attendance, ID cards, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Support management with scheduling meetings and booking travel/accommodation.
- Handle petty cash, office utility payments, and filing of administrative documents.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support other departments as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in administration or front desk role.
- **Gender**: Male (as position requires reception and admin coordination duties).
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
