Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.

**Tele caller Duties and Responsibilities**

Tele callers discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company’s offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand and influence them to enter the sales funnel.

Through direct phone calls, a tele caller establishes direct communication with the target audience. They lay the groundwork for establishing stronger connections with both current and potential clients, and they help the business generate revenue. Their major goal is to help the organisation grow by bringing in customers and increasing sales. In the process, tele callers work to comprehend each client’s needs and offer the best solution to their concerns. A good tele caller will further make recommendations for how to improve organisational offerings using client feedback.

**Tele caller Skills and Qualifications**

Strong communication abilities in English and Hindi.

The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances

Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides

Ability to listen and solve problems

Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm

Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations

**Tele caller Experience Requirements**

At least one year of experience in the same position.

Should be a Graduate.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
