- **Food preparation**: Ensure dishes are prepared to the required specifications, with consistency in taste, flavor, and presentation
- **Food safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and remove expired food from storage
- **Kitchen hygiene**: Ensure the correct use of equipment and utensils, and motivate junior chefs to work under deadlines
- **Kitchen equipment**: Ensure kitchen equipment is operated correctly
- **Kitchen supervision**: Supervise and train other chefs and cooks
- **Kitchen communication**: Communicate with other chefs, including the executive and sous chefs, about menu items, shortages, and problems
- **Kitchen productivity**: Manage the speed and quality of food production
- **Kitchen supply management**: Ensure supplies are adequate, and place orders in a timely manner
- **Kitchen waste disposal**: Ensure proper waste disposal standards are maintained
- **Kitchen presentation**: Suggest new ways of presenting dishes
- **Kitchen cooking process**: Suggest new rules and procedures to optimize the cooking process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 4 years (preferred)
