**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and other data management platforms.
- Monitor daily operations of MIS systems to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support hospital administration and clinical departments.
- Train and support staff on the use of HIS, EMR, and related software.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and coordinate with vendors or IT support as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Develop and implement data management and quality assurance protocols.
- Assist in software implementation, upgrades, and testing.
- Collaborate with departments to understand data and reporting needs.
- Maintain documentation and user manuals related to MIS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
