CNC Operator cum Programmer,

Women/Men

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CNC programming (Siemens Controller).

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and operation.
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or production quality and report to supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Keep accurate production records and logs.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Working knowledge of geometric tolerances and machining practices.
- Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
