- Answer client queries on digital marketing and offer the best solutions
- Handle all Social media platforms efficiently
- Assist client to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features

- Coordinate with internal teams, develop briefs and ensure timely fulfillment of creative

strategies
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, creative / campaign performance etc
- Ensuring all invoices/billings are done within the prescribed time frame
- Develop strategies and planning
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
- Research on potential new business opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
