**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a **Client Servicing Executive** at **Bestow** in Vadodara. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, making presentations, customer service, and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring excellent customer engagement and performance.
- Develop strategies for client growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle client escalations and conflict resolution effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize client experience.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to clients and leadership.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
