**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and execute effective physiotherapy interventions to address patients' needs and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Provide rehabilitative exercises and activities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and equipment to facilitate the rehabilitation process.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and preventive measures to enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety at all times.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of physiotherapy services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid state license to practice as a physiotherapist.
- Proven experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,872.10 - ₹35,151.42 per month
