1. Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress to the senior physiotherapist/ consultants/ HOD.
2. Regularly measure patient progress by looking for signs of decreased stiffness, pain, and discomfort.
3. Record and document patient care services.
4. Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
5. Upgrade the knowledge in the field regularly.
6. Escalate the patients issues as per Hierarchy.
7. Active participation in Training and development.
