**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, digital ads, print materials, website graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Produce designs that are visually appealing, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing campaigns.
- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing, image retouching, and creating mock-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other design tools and software.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
