**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist clients in identifying their property needs and preferences.
- Provide information on market trends, property values, and related services.
- Offer guidance and support during property negotiations and transactions.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
- List properties on appropriate platforms, including MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and social media.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits for potential buyers or renters.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Keep up to date with property laws, zoning regulations, and financing options.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and review purchase agreements, lease agreements, and related documents.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and financial documentation.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain a network of clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering long-term support and advice to clients.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, brokers, and property developers.
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, legal advisors, and other service providers as needed.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus).
- **Experience**: Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- **Licensing**: Must hold a valid real estate license (where applicable).

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
