**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage all financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Conduct periodic financial audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage cash flows, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations.
- Stay updated on financial policies, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with [Industry-Specific] accounting processes.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
