**Account Executive**
**Overview**:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. Your role involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver products or services that meet client expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase products or services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- **Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Forecast sales and track key performance metrics.
- Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the organization's products or services.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
- Close deals and ensure timely execution of contracts.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for product/service improvements.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Use market knowledge to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
