Communications Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in Client strategic planning process.
- Gather, compile, and interpret clients' requirements and report them to the in-house team.
- Convert, compose, and confer client needs.
- Direct internal cross-functional departments on client expectations.
- Ensure clients' expectations are met by coordinating client requirements against outputs from the in-house team.
- Investigate and resolve job-related task issues.
- Handle issues appropriately until resolved.
- Coordinate with clients and internal partners to find a mutual solution to problems.
- Present information on challenging situations to clients and sales.
- Compile and maintain client-specific reports.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
**Requirements**:
- Strong collaboration and onboarding abilities.
- Excellent command of the English language and good communication skills.
- Requires careful attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
